Maybe I'll use this blog as notepad of sorts to put stuff I wanna look at, do etc instead of having 100 notepads all over my harddrive.

2004 AMA Supercross Series
...as seen by ME....
Next Motocross on TV
Daytona supercross
FRIDAY Mar. 5, 9pm, SPEED TV
The 2004 Supercross Season:
Rickey is out with knee surgery...James says he wants to wait to ride the 125 East series(sounds like bullshit to me but James can ride the 50cc novice radical class in timbuktoo if he likes and I'll still be tunin' in) and Chad looks very very smooth. I personally hope Kevin makes it happen on his big 450 4 banger but it will tough against Chad.
Round 1)
Anaheim
1. Chad Reed YAM
2. David Vuillemin YAM
3. Tim Ferry YAM
4. Mike LaRocco HON
5. Michael Byrne KAW
6. Tyler Evans SUZ
7. Damon Huffman HON
8. Ezra Lusk YAM
9. Kevin Windham HON
10. Ernesto Fonseca HON
Round 2)
Phoenix

5. Tim Ferry YAM
6. Nick Wey SUZ
7. David Vuillemin YAM
8. Sean Hamblin SUZ
9. Tyler Evans SUZ
10. Michael Byrne KAW
Notes: Kevin Windham was the first rider(?) to get fined POINTS for aggressive riding by more or less taking out David Vulliem(sp) in the first lap of the main event. David actually bumped Kevin in the first turn and a few turns later Kevin did the same but the result was David getting bumped off the track and out of contention. Read more about it here.
Round 3)
Anaheim
1. Chad Reed YAM
2. Kevin Windham HON
3. David Vuillemin YAM
4. Mike LaRocco HON
5. Ernesto Fonseca HON
6. Nick Wey SUZ

9. Erick Vallejo YAM
10. Keith Johnson (R) YAM
Chad wins again. Nice to see a 2-stroke winning. The top three in the 125's were ALL 4-bangers. Ivan Tedesco won again in the 125's. Some big riders finished out of the top ten in the 250's (Lusk, Voss, Brown). No big racing news on this yet but I will watch it on TV tonight and report back. Sadly a 125 rider, Jason Ciarletta died at last nights race rumored to be caused by a fault aorta valve or something like that. No official word yet.

6. Heath Voss YAM
7. Sean Hamblin SUZ
8. Michael Byrne KAW
9. Tyler Evans SUZ
10. Andrew Short SUZ
In the 125's; James Stewart crashed in his heat race and came from last place to 4th (i think). Amazing.
Round 10)

Today I finally figured out how to ride/drive Ricky's remote control bike...in the process I busted my front fender to shreds and cut my knuckle(?) somehow or another. I can't wait to get it on the right type of surface and play and play and play.
